Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SeaweedBar ("https://seaweedbar.com"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
SeaweedBar provides a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) pipeline management tool designed for sales professionals and small businesses. The service includes tools for tracking deals, contacts, activities, and reports.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining the security of your password
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Subscription and Billing
We offer a free trial plan and a paid Classic Monthly Plan at $20 per user per month.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
- You may cancel at any time from your Account Settings
- No refunds are issued for partial months
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Upload or transmit malicious code
- Interfere with the service's performance or availability
- Resell or sublicense access to the service
6. Your Data
You own all data you input into SeaweedBar. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use your data solely to provide and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or experience outages beyond our control. We will endeavor to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeaweedBar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export it.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
